ONE ON ONE

 One on one attention meeting your needs and demands each step of the way with the instructor at hand with constant attention and guidance to enhance precision and performance within your Pilates class. 

DUET

 The class provides tailored Pilates programming for the individual, but in a duet setting. You share your training and learning with a friend in a private environment. The supervised session also provides time to explore and refine your exercises, independently building confidence and self-discipline in personal performance.
