Mat Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders.

The standard Pilates system of exercise uses many different pieces of equipment, such as the ROLLER, the FIT BALL and the RING.

MOTR (INTRO, Soft, Advanced, Cardio)

The MOTR is an equipment used in Pilates that incorporates the benefits of the reformer and the added challenge of balancing on an unstable surface.

We offer classes suitable for all levels

These hammocks are not for sleeping!

In this class you'll get all the benefits of Pilates and Yoga but with the added ability to hold challenging postures longer and with less strain.

Stretching and Pilates

This class is focused on a full body stretch to which we have added pilates and yoga principles. It's a relaxed and slow paced class, suitable for all levels, which allows you to achieve an increased flexibility.

It's a class that can also be done after an intense workout as  it has amazing recovery benefits.

Body Barre

This class is a combination between the principles of posture inspired by ballet, pilates and yoga.

The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles).

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. These classes are characterised by stringing poses together to make a sequence. The sequence may be fixed but most of the time vinyasa teachers have the discretion to arrange the progression of poses in their own ways.
